Thanks for the ideas about how to cook Fennel last time! I ended up making a soup... not my favorite - but it's always good tp try new things.

my grandma used to can them and then we'd eat them plain. She would boil them in salt water, can them in some sort of salty pickling mixture, and then they had this interesting taste. Cant really put my finger on the taste. I havent had them in years.
I can't say I've ever had them... but they look interesting!
