Once the weather starts to turn to fall I love to think about baking. I've got to start planning my christmas cookies now or I might not get any made this year. I don't do fancy cookies - just fun, yummy, family friendly baking that everyone can help with. Do you have holiday favorites? I'm always up for trying something new.

Has anyone made cake pops? I keep hearing about them...

It sounds like a fun kids party treat - but do they taste good?

I found a recipe for Halloween cake pops that sound really yummy - but then again I am partial to anything pumpkin. (Yeah for Thanksgiving!!!)

I get excited for Christmas early on too. On Saturday my sister and I were choosing Christmas music for my annual concert. It didn't seem to matter that it was +30 outside. Bring on the holiday cheer!

Okay, I went over and looked at the cake pops. Really cute but sounds like allot of work. I love to bake. Don't do as much as I use to but maybe this year I will do more. (I feel better then last yr)
I bake allot of cookies. Love to give them out to the neighbors. I always do Muddie Buddies from Chex Mix.

Thought about cake pops - then decided it looked like too much trouble :) If you try, let us know how they turn out!
