Real world meets blog world

Until now this blog has been a place that no one IRL knows about. But now... because I was stupic and careless my real world now knows about this blog.

It shouldn't be a big deal - but it is.

I don't talk about people in a mean or nasty way - I do complain about stuff - but nothing really terrible - or at least nothing that I remember.

It's just my own private space to express what I think and what I feel with out having to be the "me" that I am to everyone IRL.

So now I guess I need to start thinking of this blog in a way that I haven't before. It needs to be written for everyone I know instead of just the make beleive world of blogland.

well, if the folks IRL can't be there for you in the way that you need, I don't think it is fair for them to take this place away from you. You have a special set of emotions (and now hormones!) to deal with.

I sent my blog out to a very select group of friends/sisters. I only know of one who reads (and comments) and she is great about it. But she is also a blogger, so kinda 'gets' it. Maybe some of your friends ate just shocked about the openness of the blogs

I'm sorry.... :( My blog has been secret IRL, too, but since I've used our babies full names, I know people have searched and found it, and it is rough. I just promised myself that this is MY space. I write for ME. I refuse to let someone else dictate how I express myself and if they dont like it- fine. They are choosing to read. They can choose not to read, too.

But I know what you mean. It's not a place that you want the world knowing about it. It's private and sacred... It can still be. Just let your mind forget that they know and write as you wish.

Oh, ugh. That would make me very not happy! Perhaps convert this to a "family" blog as so many people have and start another?

I'm always hoping that no one I know IRL finds my blog. Or that, if they do, they don't recognize me.

Like Bluebird said, you might consider starting a new, more anonymous blog if that's important to you....

That stinks. And that is part of the reason I moved my blog ...
